NU MILLENNIUM SOUND ANNOUNCES, THE 2ND ANNUAL SOUL STOCK FESTIVAL
The Annual Touring Festival Celebrating Grassroots Musicianship
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, May 31, 2009 – Nu Millennium Sound along with participating sponsor, Local 2-1-Live© announce the 2nd Annual Soul Stock Touring Festival; the only live outdoor, grass roots, independent concert series in the Philadelphia area. This event is designed to provide a professional soundstage for Philadelphia’s arts community; educating youth on instrumentation, vocal techniques, and to promote youth musicianship/artistry and stage presence.
The festival will tour through Germantown, West, North, and Center City Philadelphia; hosting a daylong celebration of music, community and family. Guests of all ages -- from the hardcore to the merely curious - will get to experience multiple presentations from all genres of the music industry.

Mr. Duggan expressed that, “Unfortunately, some venues that Philadelphia artists frequent, may not necessarily project their true talents due to a lack of professional sound.” This is why Mr. Duggan and NMS philanthropically donate equipment and expertise to the festival, so that the artists participating can, as Mr. Duggan says, “shine with no distractions”.
